Jacob was born and raised in Grand Blanc, where he played basketball and baseball before graduating from GBHS in 2014. Baseball took him to Jackson College where he met his now wife, Kelsey. He then transferred to Chicago State University to continue playing baseball and completed his undergraduate degree.
Jacob worked as a dental assistant for one year before beginning dental school. Jacob attended University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he had the opportunity to treat a wide variety of patients while providing care to a historically underserved population. He graduated in the top 20% of his class in 2023 and has since moved back to Grand Blanc to serve the community he grew up in.
Jacob and his wife Kelsey got married in Snoqualmie, WA in 2022. They have two dogs, North and River, with whom they love to travel, hike, and camp. In their free time, they love to cook, spend time outdoors, and renovate their house that once belonged to Jacob's grandfather.
